CMH Solutions, Inc. was incorporated on January 19, 2005 in West Palm Beach, Florida to serve the South
Florida HVAC Marketplace. Territory coverage ranges from Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach
Counties up to, and including, Indian River County.
The two company founders, Dwight Sley and John Simitses, have worked for the world's largest HVAC
Manufacturers in both Sales Engineering and Management Roles. Each has over 20 years of experience
in Commercial and Industrial HVAC applications. This high level of experience, coupled with an intense
focus on serving its customers, sets CMH Solutions apart from its competition.

CMH’s mission, simply stated, is to achieve “world class” Customer Satisfaction.
